The amendments to the Agreement shall be deemed approved and agreed with the Client if the Client does not submit a written notice of disagreement before the date of entry into force of the amendment specified in the notice of amendment. The Client’s use of the services of the Institution after the effective date of the amendment of the Agreement terms constitutes the Client’s consent to the amendment of the Agreement terms.
