How can I connect to my Pervesk online account?

• With a mobile electronic signature.
  1. On the login window, select the “Mobile Signature” (or “M-signature”) section.
  2. Enter your User ID. If you are logging in for the first time or you have changed your mobile phone number, tick the checkbox in the window. You will also need to select your mobile operator and enter your mobile phone number.
  3. Press “Enter”. A control code will appear on your phone screen; it must match the code shown on the login window. If the codes match, confirm the login using your PIN.
• With a code received by short message service (SMS).
  1. On the login window, select the “SMS” section.
  2. Enter your User ID and password and press “Enter”. If this is your first login, enter the temporary password provided by Pervesk in the password field. After these steps, you will receive an SMS code which you must enter into the field that appears in the login window. After your first login, change the temporary password to a new password of your choice. The new password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
  3. Confirm the login by entering the received SMS code into the field in the login window.
• With a password/code generator.
  1. On the login window, select the “Digipass” section.
  2. Enter your User ID. In the next window you will see a code that you must enter into the generator. The generator will then display a new code which you must enter into the login window.
  3. Confirm the login by entering the generator code into the field in the login window.
