Pervesk account

Who can open a Pervesk account?

Pervesk works with a wide range of clients from various countries and industries around the world and conducts individual assessments for each client.
However, we do not cooperate with:

  • Clients from Iran and North Korea.
  • Companies involved in the illicit trade of tobacco products, alcohol, prescription drugs, steroids, guns, organization of illegal or unlicensed gambling, lotteries, illegal software.
  • Companies involved in arms trafficking and other military equipment, drugs, trafficking, pornography.
  • Companies without the required license to operate in a certain jurisdiction.

How much does it cost to have a Pervesk account?

Pervesk accounts for natural persons is free of charge. Legal entities are subject to a one time fee of EUR 50 or EUR 200 and a monthly fee of EUR 5 or EUR 50, depending on the company’s risk. You can find a detailed price list here.

What documents do I need to open an individual Pervesk account?

An individual may open an account only in his / her own name, by completing an application and the "Know Your Customer" form, and submitting one of the following identification documents:

  • Passport
  • Identity card - for citizens of a Member State of the European Union

If the person has a residence permit to live in a country, it must be submitted as well.

What documents do I need to open a Pervesk account for a Legal Entity?

Pervesk business accounts may be opened by the company’s CEO or legal representative. Companies established outside Lithuania must submit the following documents:

  • Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or Extract from the local Register of Commerce;
  • Certified copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association (AoA);
  • Certified copy of the Company’s Register of Directors;
  • Certified copy of a valid identification document (passport/ID) for each Beneficial Owner, Authorised Signatory and Director of the Company;
  • Signed copy of the Company’s shareholder structure.

Please take into account that we only accept officially certified documents translated into English, i.e. the document has to be certified as a true copy of the original or legalised with an apostille (the only exception is the Legal Entity questionnaire). After all the documents mentioned above have been received, we will be able to initiate the account opening process. Please note that Pervesk’s compliance team may require additional documents.

How do I submit the "Know Your Customer" form correctly?

The "Know Your Customer" form is mandatory for both natural and legal persons.

    If you are a natural person, you can complete and submit this form online. You can do this by clicking on this link and selecting "Open Account".

    If you are a legal entity, you can download this form here. We recommend that you fill the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader (instructions can be found here). You can also do this by using Chrome web browser (instructions can be found here) or by hand after printing it. The completed form must be signed. You can do this in the following ways:

What currencies do you support?

At the moment, we only support EUR but we plan to offer more currencies in the near future.

Signing in to Pervesk account / Account management

How can I connect to my Pervesk online account?

  • With a code received by short message service (SMS). On the login window, choose the "SMS", section and enter the User ID, Password and press "Enter". If this is the first time you are logging in, enter the temporary password provided by Pervesk into the password field. Following these steps, you will receive an SMS with the code that you need to enter into the login window. After logging in for the first time, the system will prompt you to change the temporary password to a new password of your choice. The new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a minimum of one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.

  • With a code generator. In the login window, select the "Digipass" section and insert your User ID. In the next window you will see the code you need to enter in the code generator. The code generator will then show you the code that you need to enter into the login window.

What do I need to sign in to my Pervesk account?

You need an internet connection and one of the latest versions of Firefox, Google, Chrome or Safari browsers. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser - instructions for doing so can be found here.

Can I access my Pervesk account abroad?

  • SMS login works in all countries where you can receive SMS messages.
  • The code generator works in all countries.

How do I use the code generator?

How do I use SMS codes to sign in to my Pervesk account and confirm transactions?

When confirming transactions or signing in to a Pervesk account, the system will ask you to enter an SMS code. This code is unique, so every time you sign in or confirm a transaction, you will receive a SMS with a new code.

How to reset my password used with an SMS verification code?

  • After logging in to your Pervesk account, click on your name in the upper-right corner and select "User settings" -> "Change password".
  • Fill in the requested fields and click "Save". Please note that the password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number, one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter.

What should I do if I forget my password or lock my account due to multiple failed login attempts?

What if I can't sign in to my Pervesk account?

If you are using SMS, please ask your mobile service provider whether the service is functioning. In the event of a malfunction or failure to connect in some other way, please contact us by email at [email protected].

What should I do if I lose / suspect that my login details have been accessed by third parties?

If you lose your code generator or your mobile phone, suspect it may have been used by third parties, or suspect you may have experienced unauthorized access to your Pervesk account, you must submit an application to block your account and services no later than one business day after the event has taken place. You can submit your request by sending a message from your Pervesk account or via email at [email protected]. If sending by email, the application must contain your electronic signature. In the request, you must provide your name, personal identification number and the reason for blocking the services. For identification purposes, we have the right to request additional information from you.


Are there limits for transactions?

Currently, the following standard limits apply to Pervesk customers:

To reduce or increase the standard limits log in to your Pervesk account and click on your name in the upper-right corner and select “User settings” -> “Users and rights” -> “User first and last name”.
Before changing the standard limits, evaluate the amount and periodicity of your payment transactions.

How can I stop a pending payment or check its status?

You can check the status of outgoing payments by logging in to your account and selecting 'Payments' -> 'List'. If the payment has yet to be completed, you will be able to cancel it.
