What should I do if I lose / suspect that my login details have been accessed by third parties?

If you lose your code generator or your mobile phone, suspect it may have been used by third parties, or suspect you may have experienced unauthorized access to your Pervesk account, you must submit an application to block your account and services no later than one business day after the event has taken place. You can submit your request by sending a message from your Pervesk account or via email at <email>[email protected]</email>. If sending by email, the application must contain your electronic signature. In the request, you must provide your name, personal identification number and the reason for blocking the services. For identification purposes, we have the right to request additional information from you.
